There will be a $10 deposit fee for your first two appointments. This is to ensure a spot in the book.

This deposit must be paid within 5 hours after booking. If not yet paid your spot may be offered up to another person after communication with you.

This deposit is refundable until 24 hours before your appointment, after 24 hours it will then be non-refundable.

NO CALL NO SHOWS WILL BE BANNED AFTER GIVEN TWO CHANCES.

LATE:

You will be given a 15 minute grace period. After 15 minutes you will be charged a $15 late fee. After 25 minutes your appointment will be cancelled and you will be charged 25% of the service booked.

CANCELLATION:

Cancelled appointments will be charged 25% of the booked service UNLESS CANCELLED BEFORE 24 HOURS OF YOUR APPOINTMENT.

Please let me know if you cannot make your appointment and need rescheduling. It is very important to do so 24 hours before your appointment so I have time to fill your spot. thank you.

You have 48 hours to communicated any issue you have with the service you received. Free of charge. After 48 hours of your appointment there will be charges to certain fixes/changes.
